The ONETEAMSV “Colgan Foundation Para Training Center” is a year-round para-training center focused on providing quality training opportunities to the world’s para surf community.
It is also home to El Salvador’s Paralympic Ski, Surf and Climbing Team.
The center was founded by the Powers and Colgan Families with support from Tyler and Cameron Winklevoss.

El Salvador First Responder Medical Programming
ONETEAMSV certified volunteer instructors work hand in hand with the Ministries of Homeland, Security and Tourism offering subject matter expertise in all areas of Emergency First Responder First On Scene Medical Aid.
Today thousands of immediate first on scene first responders, tourism and rural police agents and national parks staff have successfully completed the Ministry of Homeland Basic Life Saving Course and experience ongoing concurrency training.
WARRIOR SUPPORT
For nearly 20 years, ONETEAM El Salvador’s parent NGO ONETEAMCF has supported military resiliency programming.
Today, we have created a scholarship program for combat wounded service members to come to the Colgan Foundation Para Surf Training Center and enjoy outdoor experiential growth through surf.

GUARDAVIDAS
”Guardavidas” as the National Lifeguards are called in El Salvador are not only trained water safety professionals, they are partnered with ONETEAMSV in supporting the countries Surf City Para Surf Team. Nowhere in the world will you find Para Surf athlete support as strong as what exists in Surf City El Salvador today! .
Colgan Foundation Para Training Center
The Colgan Foundation Para Surf and Climbing Training Center is the first purpose built training center of its kind in the world with a full-time staff dedicated to working with Para Athletes. Our hope and prayer is that more facilities and staffs like ours will take root throughout the world in the years to come.
TEAM ESA PARA SURF & SKI
In additional to providing Para Surf and Climbing Training facilities to the world, ONETEAMSV is the official Federation Managers for Para Surf, Ski and Climbing in El Salvador. We are partnered with FESASURF, CONAIPD, ESA Paralympic Committee, INDES and ESA Olympic Committees in doing our part to promote positive growth for all athletes throughout the country. Special thanks to the Colgan, Powers and Winklevoss Families for not only their support in developing the training center, but for joining Air Support Group and Mr Ivan Navarro in funding the participation of our El Salvador Para Surf Team’s entry into the International Surf Association Para Surf World Championships and FIS Para Nordic Ski World Cup and World Championship competitions along with year round training support. We take pride in being the only privately funded ( zero tax dollars ) national teams in the country.
